Credit Repair Client Success, Dispute Processing Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Greet new clients and assist them throughout the onboarding journey.

• Guide clients in navigating the company's CRM and client portal.

• Respond to general client inquiries regarding services and forthcoming steps.

• Arrange consultations between clients and the business owner.

• Maintain consistent follow-up communication to keep clients updated during the dispute process.

• Review and evaluate client credit reports according to established training and protocols.

• Draft dispute letters utilizing approved templates and tailored client information.

• Electronically submit dispute letters via LetterStream.

• Keep precise documentation and records of the dispute processing.

• Track dispute progress and provide updates as necessary.

• Ensure client information is accurate within Client Dispute Manager.

• Refresh client records, notes, and dispute activities.

• Organize client files and related documentation.

• Assist with general administrative duties and workflow management tasks.

• Deliver professional, top-tier customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous credit repair experience is preferred (must complete the 20four7VA basic Credit Repair Training module).

• Experience in customer service is essential.

• Prior experience with client onboarding or account management is preferred.

• Familiarity with Client Dispute Manager or a similar credit repair CRM is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to analyze client data and adhere to established dispute procedures.

• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
