This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate bike, battery, accessories, and services.
• Clarify bike features, subscription options, and pricing details.
• Guide customers through the sign-up process, account creation, and payment completion.
• Employ sales strategies to transform potential customers into subscribers.
• Provide support for customer inquiries regarding subscriptions, payments, and account issues.
• Help customers diagnose basic bike or service problems remotely.
• Manage service requests and coordinate follow-ups with the operations team.
• Resolve customer concerns and objections while ensuring a high degree of satisfaction.
• Deliver clear, precise, and friendly communication to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams through chat and messaging platforms to address customer requests.
• Foster trust and cultivate long-term relationships with our rider community.
• **Native or fluent** in Spanish.
• **Fluent** in English (C1 - C2 level).
• Over 2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center positions.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and assisting customers through **live video** interactions throughout the day.
• Strong ability to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and productivity tools.
• Must have a high-speed internet connection and a headset.
