Virtual Computer Science Educator, Cert Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Utilize the educator portal to choose the assignments you wish to undertake

• Deliver the school's curriculum via the district's online platform

• Create lesson plans that are in line with the class curriculum

• Inspire creativity and enthusiasm within the virtual learning space

• Engage and support student learning through intentional, relationship-centered strategies

• Monitor and record student grades and progress

• Participate in district professional development sessions and faculty meetings

• Collaborate with the in-class facilitator who is physically present with students

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Must possess a current, valid teaching certification issued by a state in the USA

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator is required

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is a must

• Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and a reliable internet connection

• Participate in a virtual teaching skills demonstration

• A background check must be submitted as part of the application process

• Previous experience in online teaching is an advantage
