Virtual Clinician, Home Evaluations, Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct online “Video Visits” with members of health plans, ensuring a private environment with a reliable internet connection.

• Offer 40 hours of availability each week, consistently delivering over 320 capacity units monthly.

• Achieve a strong visit completion rate, regularly completing 220 or more visits each month.

• Adhere to training, affiliation, and compliance requirements for Video Visits (regular training is mandatory).

• Obtain training and credentials for all health plan clients and lines of business within the primary coverage state(s).

• Actively participate in regular meetings with management, the team, and clinical discussions.

• Remain accountable for meeting Signify Health's operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics.

• Maintain active licenses in the states of coverage.

• Interact with health plan members primarily online to assist in closing gaps in care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Multi-state licenses are preferred.

• Prior experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth delivery, or a comparable format is preferred.

• Must fulfill minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, which include broadband connectivity with video and audio capabilities, a quiet setting with a neutral background for conducting visits, and the ability to ensure health plan member privacy in accordance with CVS Health guidelines.

• Clinicians will focus solely on providing Video Visits (“telehealth”) services.
