Virtual Clinician, Home Evaluations, Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Conduct online “Video Visits” with members of the health plan.

• Offer 40 hours of availability each week.

• Achieve a high visit completion rate.

• Uphold training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Capability to obtain and sustain multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as necessary.

• Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a comparable format is preferred.
