This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries through live chat.
• Support customers by providing product information, technical assistance, and resolving issues.
• Maintain a positive and supportive demeanor to build strong customer relationships.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and address complex problems.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements by offering feedback on frequent customer issues and chat procedures.
• Manage multiple chat conversations concurrently while keeping a keen eye on detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally within a live chat or digital support context.
• Exceptional written communication abilities with a strong focus on grammar and clarity.
• Capability to multitask and effectively manage time in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to stay composed under pressure.
