Virtual Clinician – Home Evaluations, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual “Video Visits” with health plan members while ensuring a private environment with a reliable internet connection.

• Offer 40 hours of availability each week, consistently achieving over 320 capacity units per month.

• Maintain a high visit completion rate, consistently reaching over 220 completed visits per month.

• Adhere to training, affiliation, and compliance standards for Video Visit requirements (regular training is mandatory).

• Participate actively in regular meetings with managers, team members, and clinical staff.

• Be accountable for meeting operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics set by Signify Health.

• Hold active state licenses in the areas of coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Multi-state licenses are preferred.

• Previous experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth delivery, or a similar format is preferred.

• Must fulfill the minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, which includes having broadband internet with video and audio capabilities, a quiet environment with a neutral backdrop for conducting visits, and the ability to maintain the privacy of health plan members in accordance with CVS Health guidelines.

• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision and demonstrate autonomous practice.

• Familiarity with information management and technological tools.
