Virtual Clinical Trial Navigator, Registered Nurse – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized support to patients and families contemplating participation in clinical trials.

• Assist in locating trials by helping patients identify appropriate studies based on their medical history, diagnosis, and geographic location.

• Address inquiries related to trial involvement, including eligibility criteria, safety measures, travel logistics, costs, and potential risks.

• Determine the primary contact for clinical trial enrollment across various sites.

• Facilitate effective communication between patients and research teams, ensuring seamless connections with study coordinators.

• Provide educational resources and information to empower participants in understanding the trial process and making informed choices.

• Champion patients' needs, ensuring they receive optimal support throughout their clinical trial experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines and have clinical experience, preferably in oncology, clinical research, or patient navigation.

• Strong understanding of clinical trials, research protocols, and criteria for patient eligibility.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a capacity to offer empathetic guidance to patients and their families.

• Experience in patient education, advocacy, or case management is advantageous.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and standards for patient confidentiality is essential.

• Capability to work remotely, possessing a reliable internet connection and a professional workspace.

• Must be available for part-time work with overlapping hours in USA time zones.
