This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with customers via Amazon's chat platform, delivering timely and precise responses to questions regarding orders, products, services, and account details.
• Swiftly identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
• Manage multiple chat interactions concurrently while upholding a high standard of service and accuracy.
• Leverage internal resources, FAQs, and knowledge bases to provide reliable information and solutions.
• Recognize complex or sensitive issues and escalate them to the relevant team or supervisor as needed.
• Diligently record customer interactions and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
• Achieve or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution effectiveness.
• Offer feedback to enhance chat processes and contribute to the overall improvement of the customer experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a chat or remote environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or tech support is a plus.
• Proficient in using computers, web-based tools, and chat software.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial.
• Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of [X] words per minute.
