Listing Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop polished, brand-aligned marketing materials for our real estate agent partners when they have active listings.

• Design and create marketing pieces for Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and Open House announcements.

• Generate social media graphics and content for listing notifications.

• Produce digital flyers for individual properties.

• Post and schedule marketing content across various platforms.

• Keep well-organized records and files for each listing campaign.

• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent English writing and communication abilities.

• Highly detail-oriented — minor errors in listing marketing can have a direct impact on our agent partners.

• Proficient in using digital marketing tools, CRMs, and design platforms.

• Capable of managing multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously without oversight.

• Takes responsibility for their work and operates independently without the need for micromanagement.

• Background in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing is preferred.

• Required Skills: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and verbal English communication, high technological aptitude, keen attention to detail, and the ability to organize and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Required Equipment: Desktop Computer (Intel Core i5 or above preferred), Two Monitor Screens (preferred), High-Speed Internet (required).
