• Address customer inquiries in real-time through Amazon's chat platform, delivering precise and helpful responses.

• Support customers with product details, order updates, returns, and various questions.

• Diagnose and resolve customer issues, referring to the appropriate team when necessary.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's products, services, and policies to provide well-informed assistance.

• Record and update customer interactions in Amazon's CRM system.

• Recognize opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Consistently achieve or surpass performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer support.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education or experience in customer service is preferred.

• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a virtual chat or similar capacity.

• Outstanding written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once.

• Proficient in utilizing chat platforms, CRM systems, and other customer support tools.
