Virtual Cardiologist – Part-Time, 1099 Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional cardiovascular care through the Heartbeat app, offering both synchronous and asynchronous services.

• Providers will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of virtual cardiology services available via Heartbeat, including asynchronous imaging, ECG interpretation, and virtual consultations.

• We seek candidates who are enthusiastic about innovating and broadening access to high-quality care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Physicians must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.

• Must hold a license in any state (multiple state licenses are preferred).

• Expertise in ECG, ECG monitoring, echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and cardiology consultations is required.

• Vascular interpretation skills are advantageous but not essential for this position.

• Should be comfortable with telehealth practices and capable of writing prescriptions remotely.

• Must possess a forward-thinking mindset.

• Tech-savvy and strong communicative skills are essential.

• Personable and engaging demeanor is required.

• Passion for patient care, education, and communication is crucial.

• Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor under a 1099 agreement, managing one’s own schedule, practice standards, and tax obligations.
