Virtual Assistant, Website & SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the WordPress website, including pages, blog posts, layouts, and updates.

• Create and refresh service pages, landing pages, and website content.

• Ensure optimal website functionality across various devices, focusing on desktop and mobile responsiveness.

• Monitor and resolve issues such as broken links, formatting errors, and performance-related problems.

• Execute on-page SEO optimization, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.

• Conduct keyword research and optimization utilizing Search Atlas.

• Track keyword performance and measure SEO enhancements.

• Identify SEO opportunities and proactively implement improvements.

• Build and manage funnels, forms, and automation processes in Go High Level.

• Ensure a proper lead flow from the website to the CRM.

• Monitor systems to confirm that everything is interconnected and functioning properly.

• Track and report on SEO performance and website updates.

• Identify challenges and consistently enhance website performance and conversion rates.

• Proactively recommend and implement enhancements across various systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing WordPress websites.

• Demonstrated expertise in on-page SEO optimization.

• Practical experience with Search Atlas.

• Familiarity with Go High Level, including funnels, forms, and automation tools.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capability to devise solutions and execute them effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient written English communication skills.

• Availability to work on a fixed schedule in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

• Experience in conversion optimization, particularly with landing pages.

• A background in home services or real estate is advantageous.
