Senior SEO, GEO Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establish the methodologies and standards that direct our SEO initiatives.

• Perform complex analyses that meet the highest standards.

• Create critical client deliverables that necessitate true expertise.

• Present findings directly to clients and participate in calls as the technical expert.

• Work collaboratively with account managers who handle daily client relationships.

• Guide junior team members in implementing the strategies and frameworks you establish.

• Located in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term position.

• 5–10 years of specialized SEO experience with a proven record of expert-level outcomes.

• Profound knowledge of technical SEO and onsite SEO — this is the essence of the role.

• Proven commitment to GEO and AI visibility, along with the ability to stay ahead as search technology evolves.

• Experience in offsite SEO and digital PR is a valuable addition.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly present complex analyses to clients.

• Strong academic credentials with an impressive General Weighted Average.

• Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Practical expertise with SEO and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.

• Familiarity with AI tools and GEO/AI-visibility platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Peec AI).

• Ability to identify issues that others may overlook and provide definitive answers to challenging SEO questions.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A natural mentor capable of enhancing the SEO skills of the wider team.
