This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of organic content performance.
• Design and implement a global SEO content strategy that aligns with Valtech's identity as The Experience Innovation Company.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to pinpoint content gaps and topic clusters across essential sectors — retail, automotive, financial services, health, and B2B.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure that global strategies are effectively localized.
• Create and commission content that not only ranks well but also resonates with the audience.
• Brief and develop long-form content — including thought leadership pieces, guides, case study landing pages, and pillar pages — providing clear direction regarding search intent, structure, and narrative perspective.
• Work alongside subject matter experts, practice leads, and leadership to highlight Valtech's most distinctive insights.
• Uphold Valtech's brand voice across all commissioned content: confident, optimistic, and human — avoiding jargon.
• Promote ongoing improvement.
• Monitor and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, content engagement, and conversion performance.
• Conduct regular content audits and prioritize a refresh backlog that maximizes SEO effectiveness.
• Stay informed about algorithm changes, AI-driven search trends, and best practices for LLM-optimized content.
• Collaborate across the marketing ecosystem.
• Incorporate SEO considerations into the content creation process with copywriters, designers, and editors.
• Partner with the Martech, Demand Generation, and Campaign teams to support the entire marketing funnel.
• Work with the web team to apply on-page SEO best practices — including metadata, internal linking, structured data, and page experience signals.
• At least 4 years of experience in SEO content strategy, preferably within B2B or professional services.
• Demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic and enhancing keyword rankings at scale.
• Excellent writing abilities — capable of making complex concepts clear and engaging.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and the capability to collaborate with developers to implement recommendations.
• Experience in briefing and commissioning content from writers, designers, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to interpret data and present performance reports to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed, global organizations.
