Virtual Assistant – Website, CRM, Social Media Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Migrate and reconstruct partner websites on new platforms while maintaining content, structure, and branding.

• Transfer scheduled posts and oversee social media accounts as necessary.

• Recreate and manage email campaigns, including templates and automations.

• Monitor migration progress in Excel by utilizing status logs, QA checklists, and error tracking.

• Liaise with supervisors and partners via Outlook concerning timelines, issues, and completion status.

• Conduct quality checks post-migration to ensure everything displays and functions correctly.

• Document issues and resolutions to enhance the process.

• Achieve daily and weekly migration targets to remain on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in English.

• Technical expertise in website, social media, email, and database migration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including tracking, formulas, filtering/sorting large datasets; familiarity with pivot tables is a plus.

• At least one of the following: hands-on website development experience with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or a similar platform.

• At least one of the following: experience with social media posting and account management through third-party posting providers.

• At least one of the following: experience with email campaign creation and management, including building templates, managing lists, and deploying campaigns.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume, deadline-driven tasks.

• Ability to work independently, adhere to detailed SOPs, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Strong written communication skills for correspondence with partners.

• Availability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, during US hours.
