Content Creator, Designer – Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create product advertisements, recruitment advertisements, and marketing materials at a high volume across various markets.

• Edit videos for recruitment content, features on top performers, cultural clips, and training resources.

• Design leaderboards, graphics for recognition, and announcements for incentives.

• Edit interviews with representatives and employees into brief clips for training and recruitment purposes.

• Develop and maintain job postings, candidate forms, email templates, and interview kits.

• Assist with external recruitment content on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

• Manage diverse daily tasks and quick-turnaround requests as priorities change.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2-level English proficiency (or equivalent) — mandatory.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong graphic design abilities and capacity to produce a large volume of work while maintaining quality.

• Experience in video editing for social media, recruitment, and training content.

• Keen design sensibility and sound judgment regarding engaging content.

• Capability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

• Experience in creating recruitment or employer branding content (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation (preferred).

• Familiarity with scheduling and managing social media channels (preferred).

• Comfort with photography or being on camera for content creation (preferred).
