Affiliate, Social Media Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners to enhance Mango's affiliate network.

• Process and evaluate affiliate applications while managing coupon and promo codes.

• Monitor affiliate performance through the affiliate platform, highlighting opportunities or challenges.

• Manage daily affiliate communications and address support requests.

• Source and engage potential UGC creators and influencers.

• Coordinate content usage rights and nurture relationships with active creators.

• Track deliverables and follow up on pending partner content.

• Assist in paid content creation while adhering to approved budget constraints.

• Curate and share partner content across Mango's social media platforms.

• Schedule posts in alignment with the content calendar.

• Generate original content as required.

• Monitor comments and messages for basic community engagement, escalating issues as necessary.

• Maintain well-organized records of affiliate and influencer relationships, deliverables, and performance using Asana, files, and tracking sheets.

• Prepare regular summaries of affiliate and social performance.

• Support paid social advertising within established budget parameters.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media coordination, affiliate marketing, or partnership/outreach support.

• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in outreach and relationship-building, including initiating contact with potential affiliates and creators.

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, such as Impact, or a willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of content scheduling tools is advantageous.

• Personal or professional experience in language learning is a plus.
