Virtual Assistant – Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality visual content for various brands and marketing platforms;

• Design engaging YouTube thumbnails, podcast visuals, and video cover images;

• Create promotional graphics for webinars, product launches, workshops, and live events;

• Design social media carousel posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms;

• Craft logos, brand marks, and visual identity components;

• Generate graphics for comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse platforms;

• Assist with visual updates and design modifications for landing pages as necessary;

• Ensure consistency across multiple brands at the same time;

• Adhere to established brand guidelines while tailoring creative assets for various audiences and campaigns;

• Guarantee that all deliverables are polished, professional, and meet brand standards;

• Organize files and manage asset delivery efficiently;

• Collaborate closely with video editors, social media managers, and fellow creative team members;

• Bring creative ideas and visual concepts to the table, not just execution;

• Actively seek opportunities to enhance creative assets and improve campaign performance;

• Assist in the ongoing development and documentation of creative workflows and SOPs;

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in graphic design;

• Proven experience in creating marketing assets across various digital channels;

• Experience with Real Estate, AI, Technology, or other premium brands **is a plus;**

• Experience in making visual adjustments to landing pages **is a plus;**

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, professional design work;

• Experience in documenting processes and creating SOPs;

• Advanced skills with graphic design tools and creative software;

• Solid understanding of design principles, branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy;

• Capacity to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously without compromising quality;

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control;

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills;

• Capability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
