Virtual Assistant – Cross-Sells, Marketing Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and enhancement of affiliate partnerships through proactive communication, performance tracking, and the execution of marketing strategies;

• Maintain consistent communication with affiliate partners and networks, providing support during onboarding and activation;

• Track performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, EPC, CVR, and revenue; detect any anomalies or instances of underperformance;

• Implement and oversee Email and SMS marketing strategies and related operational tasks;

• Address partner issues (including tracking discrepancies, caps, and approvals) with thorough documentation and supporting evidence;

• Perform optimization tasks as directed by the internal team (such as pausing offers, updating caps, reallocating traffic, etc.);

• Analyze recurring performance reports utilizing Google Sheets and Excel;

• Research and suggest best practices to enhance affiliate and campaign performance;

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives;

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of practical experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or similar roles;

• Knowledge of affiliate platforms and networks;

• Experience in executing Email and SMS marketing campaigns;

• Familiarity with fintech, credit, loans, or other performance-based sectors is preferred;

• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to interpret performance data;

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel;

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

• Adaptable, proactive team player who excels in fast-paced environments;

• Ability to swiftly incorporate feedback and contribute to ongoing improvements;
