Virtual Assistant – Client Onboarding & Demo Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct product demonstrations for pre-qualified leads;

• Guide clients through the platform and address basic inquiries;

• Adhere to established demo processes and messaging;

• Reach out to no-shows via call or text to reschedule demonstrations;

• Assist with onboarding new clients post-sale;

• Ensure a seamless transition from demo to active platform user;

• Provide support to users with basic questions and platform navigation;

• Join calls as necessary to assist current users;

• Engage with existing clients to promote platform usage and adoption;

• Help ensure users remain active and supported throughout their journey;

• Maintain clear communication and follow-ups with clients;

• (Optional) Create instructional or tutorial videos for the platform;

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills;

• Familiarity with the landscaping or construction industry is advantageous;

• Experience in outbound communication or follow-ups;

• Basic understanding of accounting or business metrics (P&L, etc.);

• Background in business development, onboarding, or customer support;

• Comfortable leading calls and presenting software;

• Confident and professional communicator;

• Quick learner with an ability to grasp new tools and systems rapidly;

• Proficient in working with SaaS platforms;

• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused;

• Comfortable being on camera for tutorial recordings;
