This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute a range of administrative tasks.
• Efficiently and accurately input diverse forms of information into the company database.
• Maintain all filing systems in an updated manner.
• Provide assistance in a collaborative team setting.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Address emails and phone inquiries.
• Organize and schedule meetings.
• Arrange travel and accommodation plans.
• Oversee a contact list.
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records.
• Create presentations as assigned.
• Achieve team productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
• Safeguard confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and designated workflows established by department leadership.
• Undertake additional administrative responsibilities as required.
• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (preferably within a BPO).
• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Exceptional time management abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Robust organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Must have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps or higher).
• Ability to type quickly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
