This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

• As a Virtual Assist Auto Adjuster, you will enjoy the convenience of working from home on a daily basis.

• You will utilize cutting-edge technology to conduct inspections remotely by analyzing photographs and live videos.

• You will play a crucial role in evaluating, writing estimates, creating supplements, and managing total losses for a range of vehicles.

• You are expected to communicate clearly and efficiently with all involved parties to ensure that customers’ needs are addressed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 18 months of prior experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell.

• Proven ability to create thorough cost estimates for paintwork, body repairs, frame restoration, and mechanical issues.

• Competence in utilizing virtual inspection tools and applications.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate damages and produce precise estimates.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.

• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual work setting.

• Understanding of insurance policies and industry regulations pertinent to auto claims.
