Virtual Assistant – AI SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Conduct research on keywords, competitors, and content opportunities.

• Utilize Ahrefs and Google Analytics for various SEO tasks.

• Develop SEO briefs for articles derived from research findings.

• Leverage AI tools for content generation.

• Publish and format content on the organization's website.

• Detect and address technical SEO challenges.

• Ensure all content complies with SEO best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• SEO Research & Strategy – Tasked with researching keywords, competitors, and content opportunities.

• Proficient in using Ahrefs to analyze keywords, traffic prospects, backlinks, and competitor rankings.

• Evaluate competitor websites to pinpoint which blogs and pages attract the most traffic.

• Identify content gaps that can be targeted.

• Compile keyword lists based on search volume, difficulty, intent, and relevance.

• Utilize Google Analytics to assess which content is performing well on our site.

• Employ Google Search Console to discover ranking prospects, impressions, clicks, CTR, and underperforming pages.

• Formulate SEO briefs for new articles grounded in competitor analysis and keyword research.

• AI-Assisted Content Production – Utilize AI tools to generate, enhance, and scale SEO content.

• Use Claude to create blog outlines, drafts, meta descriptions, FAQs, titles, and SEO-optimized sections.

• Assist in structuring, formatting, and publishing content on the website using Claude Code.

• Ensure content is substantive, useful, specific, and well-organized, avoiding generic AI fluff.

• Revise older articles based on new keyword insights and performance metrics.

• Establish repeatable AI workflows for researching, writing, optimizing, and publishing content at scale.

• Website Publishing & Technical SEO – Aid in publishing content directly to our website hosted on Vercel.

• Upload and format blog posts natively on the website.

• Ensure articles are properly structured with appropriate headings, internal links, metadata, and URLs.

• Possess a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor formatting adjustments or working with Claude Code.

• Help identify technical SEO issues like missing meta tags, poor heading structures, broken links, slow-loading pages, or formatting errors.

• Collaborate with Claude Code for lightweight website updates as necessary.

• Confirm that all content adheres to SEO best practices prior to publication.

• Good to have: Familiarity with Claude Code, a basic grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, experience in publishing content on Vercel-hosted websites, knowledge of technical SEO, experience in building AI-assisted content workflows, exposure to programmatic SEO, familiarity with CMS platforms, markdown, or Git-based publishing processes, strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, experience in keyword and competitor research, experience with Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, excellent writing, editing, and content organization skills, capability to create clear SEO briefs and article outlines, ability to manage a high-volume publishing workflow, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following repeatable processes.
