This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as the primary support for Director Kerry Wallace.
• Organize, manage, and enhance calendars, meetings, and email communications.
• Work closely on various ad-hoc projects and daily executive responsibilities.
• Arrange travel details including flights, transfers, hotels, and create online itineraries.
• Assist with weekly events at Carousel Nightclub and global/domestic touring activities. Address social media inquiries and gather supplier quotes. (Note: Weekend support may be required occasionally).
• Oversee function inquiries and general operations for this premier venue, which is expanding from 2 to 4 nights a week in October.
• Provide assistance with functions, operations, and quotes for a vibrant 4-day-a-week venue.
• Support the editorial and ticketing teams for this leading electronic music media platform, including managing social media inquiries.
• Conduct market research and offer ad-hoc operational support for this specialized ticketing platform.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows across all businesses.
• Set up and maintain AI tools and elements to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
• Conduct research on events, suppliers, ticketing, and industry-related topics.
• Support Sessions Services and Mixmag with occasional research and related tasks.
• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in operations support.
• Technically adept and comfortable with adopting and configuring software and AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple businesses and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of reliability.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for professionally addressing customer and function inquiries.
• Willingness to accommodate occasional weekend requests, in line with the hospitality and events calendar.
• A genuine passion for electronic music, events, or the nightlife and hospitality industry.
• Background in hospitality, events, or venue operations.
• Experience in social media management and handling inquiries.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms.
• Experience in creating AI workflows or automations.
• This position is remote and will be established as an independent contractor engagement.
• To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be required to:
• Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [AEST or PHT] business hours.
