This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the virtual front desk by fielding incoming calls from both new and existing patients and their families.
• Address patient inquiries with a professional demeanor and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist in patient intake processes and accurately gather necessary information.
• Input new patient data into the Home Care Home Base (HCHB) system.
• Organize meetings and schedules in collaboration with Registered Nurses (RNs).
• Provide general administrative assistance to the practice.
• Ensure patient records are maintained accurately and in an organized manner.
• Work with the company's marketing agency to brainstorm and research content ideas.
• Aid in coordinating and maintaining content for the website and blog posts.
• Support website updates and content management efforts.
• Investigate opportunities to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
• Foster relationships with clinics, healthcare providers, community organizations, camps, and parent groups.
• Perform outreach and cold calls to potential referral partners.
• Assist in identifying innovative strategies for the practice to stand out from competitors.
• Share insights and suggestions aimed at boosting business growth and patient engagement.
• Previous experience in healthcare is required; experience in pediatrics or as a Medical VA is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Comfortable handling patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Capable of clearly communicating progress and contributing ideas for enhancement.
• Creative and growth-oriented, with a desire to support a developing healthcare practice.
• Experience in startups or rapidly growing businesses is advantageous.
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance productivity while producing original, high-quality output.
• Experience working alongside marketing teams is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
• A background as a Registered Nurse (RN) is a significant advantage.
• Basic Requirements:
• Must clearly and professionally speak and write in English.
• Relevant work experience is required.
• Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance prior to onboarding (mandatory).
• Availability for video meetings with the camera on as required is essential.
