This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Achieve the Service Level Agreements (SLA) stipulated in the customer contract.
• Set up and manage software utilizing virtualization technologies such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Omnissa Horizon.
• Troubleshoot published applications and virtual desktops, along with associated systems.
• Provide tier 1 technical build and implementation support.
• Assist in evaluating and recommending technical solutions based on requirements, from group to enterprise-wide deployments.
• Maintain and update installation and support documentation.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical personnel and vendors.
• Serve as a project resource, offering guidance as needed, and participate in the training and mentoring of teammates, peers, and colleagues.
• Apply appropriate security measures to mitigate risks in the environment.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, along with 3+ years of IT work experience -OR- 5+ years of relevant IT work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Omnissa Horizon, including but not limited to CVAD infrastructure, Horizon infrastructure, PVS/MCS, App Layering/App Volumes, and Citrix WSA and Horizon endpoint clients.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop OS and components.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
• Skilled in scripting with PowerShell and/or Visual Basic.
• Knowledgeable about hypervisor platforms such as VMware ESX, infrastructure components, network protocols, and certificates.
• Capable of prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Competent in creating technical documents and procedure manuals.
• Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
