• Assist customers in navigating their travel policies.
• Address requests concerning necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Continuously enhance knowledge of the travel industries served.
• Proven experience in VIP travel.
• Familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.
• Proficient in GDS Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
