VIP Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to key client travelers.

• Efficiently manage incoming requests through various channels (e.g., phone, email, etc.).

• Serve as the main contact for executive-level travelers.

• Offer comprehensive travel consultations, including travel specifics and upselling related products.

• Skillfully utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests.

• Search for and confirm travel arrangements for clients.

• Assist customers in navigating their travel policies.

• Address requests concerning necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Continuously enhance knowledge of the travel industries served.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in VIP travel.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
