This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Ensure the continuous validation of technology environments across all locations, including laptops, tablets, mobile devices, monitors, AV equipment, and Zoom Rooms. Provide expert assistance for Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Design, implement, and oversee multi-site network infrastructure, which encompasses LAN/WAN, managed switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network segmentation.
• Configure and support satellite connectivity (Starlink) for maritime and remote sites.
• Oversee physical security technology, including CCTV, IP cameras, NVR systems, and access control across all managed properties.
• Offer on-demand support to executive family members regarding personal devices and home office configurations.
• Facilitate the physical setup and installation of technology equipment at residences, ensuring that all setups are secure and fully operational during business travel, encompassing hotels, vehicles, and yachts.
• Manage all IT assets across various locations: maintain device inventories, software licenses, and subscriptions, while implementing proactive refresh cycles.
• Establish and uphold cybersecurity measures suitable for high-value individuals, including endpoint protection, MDM, firewall configurations, anti-malware solutions, and secure VPN.
• Conduct thorough testing of all equipment and conferencing systems prior to meetings and events.
• Keep updated documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and issue resolutions across all locations.
• Be available for urgent support outside of business hours as part of a structured on-call arrangement.
• Demonstrated experience delivering direct IT support to C-suite or VIP individuals, with personal accountability for their technology environments.
• Proficient in network engineering, including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, firewall management, VPN, and multi-site WAN.
• Expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, and Zoom, with the capability to swiftly learn new technologies and software stacks.
• Practical experience with Starlink or similar satellite connectivity platforms.
• Familiarity with physical security systems such as IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, and access control.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, backup, and recovery in contexts involving high-value individuals.
• Ability to resolve technical issues independently without relying on external vendors for routine matters.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German, Russian, or Turkish is a plus.
• Proven discretion and professionalism in handling confidential personal and executive situations.
• Frequent international travel is required, often on short notice; a valid passport is mandatory.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background screening is a prerequisite for employment, which includes a criminal record check and verification of professional references, conducted in compliance with applicable laws.
• A five-year contract is offered, with options for renewal.
