This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Managing first-tier tickets (Service Desk), conducting analysis, logging, categorizing, and directing requests.
• Providing support for software, corporate systems, email, and productivity applications.
• Creating, modifying, disabling, and deleting user access in line with information security protocols.
• Overseeing permissions and access profiles for corporate systems.
• Assisting with the onboarding, internal transfer, and offboarding processes for staff members.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinating with infrastructure, systems, information security teams, and vendors.
• Background in Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, identity and access management (IAM), and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication abilities, well-organized, and focused on customer service (internal customers).
• Technical vocational degree in IT or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in IT or a related field.
