VIP Flight Attendant – Legacy 600/650, Challenger CL604/605

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin at all times.

• Ensure that all necessary supplies of refreshments, toiletries, and amenities are available on board.

• Welcome passengers as they board the aircraft and guide them to their seats.

• Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning, including handling their luggage.

• Inform passengers about safety protocols and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages.

• Exhibit knowledge regarding the Company, flight details, aircraft specifications, weather conditions, travel routes, refreshments, and arrival times.

• Provide first aid to passengers or coordinate first aid efforts as necessary.

• Adhere to any additional instructions given by the flight Commander or their designated representative.

• Complete the Cabin Defects Log to document any issues or unserviceable items in the cabin and report these to the Commander.

• Fill out End of Flight Reports, including flight outlines, passenger information, concierge considerations, passenger preferences, and defects.

• Represent the AirX brand by delivering exceptional, intuitive service consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, ideally within a VIP Business Aviation context on small private jets such as Legacy 600/650 and Challenger CL604/605, will be regarded as an advantage.

• Possess a cheerful, positive demeanor, be a team player, and maintain a well-groomed appearance.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.

• Experience with long-haul flights (even overnight) and managing multiple flights per day.

• Ability to communicate in a second language such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
