This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to connect with VIP clients through phone, email, and chat to ensure ongoing engagement and discover upsell possibilities.

• Develop and sustain long-lasting, personalized relationships with your designated portfolio of VIP players.

• Examine player behavior and activity trends to pinpoint retention risks, identify reactivation chances, and determine moments for customized offers.

• Manage assigned shifts on live chat and promptly address incoming VIP inquiries in a professional manner.

• Convey personalized bonuses, promotions, and exclusive offers that align with the VIP program strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Hungarian — outstanding written and verbal communication skills are crucial for client-facing roles.

• Working proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is necessary for internal communication and reporting purposes.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Experience in iGaming, online casino, or VIP/premium customer management is highly advantageous.
