This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with VIP and high-value clients;
• Serve as the primary liaison for designated accounts;
• Deliver tailored service and engage in proactive communication;
• Track client activity and performance indicators;
• Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
• Formulate strategies aimed at enhancing client retention and lifetime value;
• Efficiently address escalations and intricate client issues;
• Collaborate with internal teams (Payments, Risk, Marketing, Support, etc.);
• Monitor KPIs pertinent to retention, reactivation, and revenue growth;
• Keep abreast of products, promotions, and industry trends;
• Adhere to company policies and security protocols.
• Proficiency in Spanish (essential);
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
• Prior experience as an Account Manager, VIP Manager, or in a similar capacity;
• Background in iGaming, fintech, or online services (preferred);
• Analytical thinking with the capability to interpret client data;
• Results-oriented with a strong emphasis on revenue generation and retention.
