📋 Description

• Facilitate online therapy sessions with clients.

• Conduct mental health evaluations and diagnoses.

• Develop and execute evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed as a:

• - Psychologist (Psychologe/Psychologin).

• - Alternative Practitioner for Psychotherapy (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie).

• - Licensed Psychotherapist (Psychotherapeut/in Approbation).

• Must be registered as a Freelancer.

• Proficiency in the German language (both written and spoken).

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of psychological theories and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following ethical standards.
