Field Gene Therapy Lead – Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the patient journey in alignment with company objectives, such as disease awareness initiatives.

• Foster long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders to create value across the entire EB ecosystem.

• Ensure effective drug administration by providing training to the relevant healthcare professionals (HCPs).

• Identify critical points in the care pathway to prioritize and implement the most impactful actions based on the established strategy.

• Establish product-related knowledge based on labeling with HCPs and Key External Experts (KEEs) at Reference and Competence Centers, as well as with office-based HCPs.

• Implement product and disease-related programs, exhibits at reference centers, key institutions, congresses, and events.

• Provide training to pharmacies and nurses on preparation and administration according to labeling to ensure exemplary home administration.

• Meet sales targets within the designated territory by promoting B-VECTM to HCPs involved in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of DEB.

• Create and manage territory account plans by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure access to care and availability of all necessary logistics for drug administration, while fostering EB network and patient support awareness.

• Generate evidence and insights related to the patient journey.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred scientific background - Diploma in Science (pharmacy, MD, MS, nursing diploma).

• Certification as a "Pharmareferent" or equivalent qualification in accordance with AMG.

• Experience in wound care, rare diseases, or dermatology is desirable.

• Proficiency in care pathways, project management, and collaboration within a cross-functional organization.

• Capability to take initiatives within a strategic and compliance-oriented framework.

• Agile, skilled in networking, and able to cultivate strong professional relationships with relevant stakeholders.

• Demonstrates active listening, questioning, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.

• Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a robust ability to prioritize, coach, and consult.

• Fluent in English, with high proficiency in German at a native level.

• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time and ideally reside within the assigned territory.
