ABA Recruiter – ABA Therapy, US Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Monitoring and promptly responding to new applications from candidates on Indeed

• Conducting screening and placement interviews for specific client cases related to ABA therapy

• Filling new cases within 24 to 48 hours of receipt

• Sending onboarding documents to successful candidates and following up to ensure timely submission

• Coordinating background checks and ensuring compliance requirements are fully met

• Transferring completed cases to the onshore staffing department along with all pertinent information

• Actively sourcing new candidates on LinkedIn to develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline

• Keeping precise records across internal systems such as ClickUp, Viventium, and Teams

• Communicating professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in **ABA Therapy** (Applied Behavioural Analysis) - **non-negotiable**

• **Exceptional verbal and written English** communication skills, with a warm and professional phone demeanor

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail — **capable of managing multiple open cases at once**

• Ability to work swiftly and effectively in a **high-urgency, fast-paced environment**

• A patient, friendly, and people-oriented personality that easily builds rapport with candidates

• Comfortable with basic computer navigation, including MS Office and Outlook

• **Self-motivated and proactive** — able to manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines without constant supervision

• **Strong head hunter mentality**

• **Advantageous:**

• Background or exposure to **ABA therapy, healthcare staffing, or a related field**

• Previous experience using **ClickUp, Viventium, or similar ATS** or project management tools

• Familiarity with sourcing candidates on **LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms**
