Video Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct daily operations to fulfill MSI’s contractual obligations as outlined in the Maintenance Agreement with the client.

• Cultivate and manage our partnership with the local service provider.

• Foster and manage our relationship with the client.

• Ensure that both internal and external customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.

• Acquire and coordinate any necessary internal resources.

• Guarantee adherence to response and restoration time commitments.

• Conduct remote diagnostics of system failures and manage calls as needed.

• Supervise Emergency Service initiatives and implementation of escalation protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, General Studies, IT, Management, Public Safety, or Technology is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Management or Leadership roles is essential.

• Must be able to secure a background clearance as mandated by our government clients.

• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
