Video Security & Access Control Service Strategy Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the ongoing serialization management, tracking, and data integrity for active devices within contracted programs.

• Supervise a regular schedule of equipment replacements throughout the product lifecycle to minimize operational risks.

• Consult and assist the Avigilon sales and partner networks in the administration and implementation of the SUA program.

• Develop, configure, and execute detailed financial and cost-basis models for intricate, multi-brand opportunities.

• Manage customized contract structures and technical responses for partner inquiries and contract needs.

• Carry out lifecycle and support services validation in strict accordance with the specified service scope.

• Review and update installed base records, accurately distinguish customer-specific contracts, and examine hardware refresh cycles.

• Collaborate on technical details across departments with Product Management, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), and Finance to avoid deployment delays.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Security, Computer Science, or Finance.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical software environment, data privacy/information security systems, or video surveillance and access control support infrastructure.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is mandatory. Sponsorship for work permits is not available for this role.
