📋 Description

• Create engaging, high-retention content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and various digital platforms.

• Utilize raw footage and source materials to develop polished videos that are ready for publication.

• Produce well-paced, visually captivating videos that align with the brand's style.

• Oversee the simultaneous production of multiple videos.

• Exercise creative judgment within a structured and fast-moving workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, particularly in motion graphics and kinetic typography.

• Professional video editing background with a robust portfolio.

• Experience in editing Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Demonstrated ability to produce high-retention content.

• Strong creative vision and aesthetic sensibility.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Quick, reliable communication and turnaround times.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Capability to work during U.S. business hours.

• Dependable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.

• Portfolio or relevant work samples are required.

• Preferred: Experience in performance marketing creative.

• Preferred: Background in UI/UX or digital product video production.

• Preferred: Experience with SaaS, website, or app videos.

• Preferred: Familiarity with QA, quality control, or a structured review process.
