Video Editor – Performance Creative, E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create around 20 video creatives daily for Meta Ads campaigns.

• Edit and modify video content, producing various versions to test different angles, messaging, hooks, and calls to action.

• Develop ads focused on conversions with an emphasis on driving sales.

• Generate advertising content that showcases product advantages, customer needs, and motivations for purchasing.

• Evaluate creative performance to pinpoint successful assets and areas needing enhancement.

• Collaborate directly with the US-based team to grasp business objectives, priorities, and creative guidelines.

• Suggest innovative advertising concepts and ideas based on performance analytics and audience behavior.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in video editing, ideally with a focus on creating advertising content for e-commerce brands.

• Familiarity with crafting ads for Meta platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.

• Knowledge of performance marketing principles and content designed for conversions.

• Capability to produce a substantial quantity of creative assets while ensuring quality and adhering to deadlines.

• Strong creative judgment with the capacity to tailor content for various audiences, products, and advertising strategies.

• Fluency in English is essential as the role requires direct collaboration with a US-based team.

• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Experience with furniture, home decor, supplements, or other direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands is a plus.

• Understanding of creative testing, advertising hooks, and conversion-driven ads is advantageous.

• A desire to advance into a Creative Strategist position is a plus.
