This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Collaborate with Brand and Content teams to implement a unified global video strategy that aligns with brand, community, and campaign objectives.
• Transform briefs into distinct creative direction by defining visual style, storytelling methods, structure, and overall tone.
• Oversee the concept development process from brief to pre-production, including the creation of storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
• Suggest appropriate content formats, channels, and distribution strategies (e.g., YouTube, social media, events) to enhance impact.
• Organize and supervise video production for events, working in tandem with internal teams and external collaborators.
• Manage freelancers, agencies, and ongoing video budgets effectively.
• Promote the use of emerging and AI-assisted production tools throughout the organization.
• Take a hands-on approach to shooting and producing video content across various formats.
• Conduct on-camera interviews with instructors, executives, and subject matter experts.
• Oversee all production aspects, including equipment, lighting, audio, and logistics, ensuring consistent quality.
• Edit and deliver comprehensive video content across formats, balancing speed with quality.
• Independently create motion graphics and animations.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Descript, Canva, Frame.io) to optimize workflows and collaboration.
• Produce final assets tailored for multiple channels, including captions, thumbnails, and platform-specific formats.
• Record, edit, and produce podcast and webcast content from start to finish.
• Ensure high-quality audio for both remote and on-site recordings.
• Convert audio content into short-form video and social media assets.
• Maintain organized libraries for assets and production archives.
• Work collaboratively with Brand, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor content performance and apply insights to enhance future projects.
• Assist in production planning, timelines, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production, multimedia, or a similar role (in-house or agency).
• Outstanding video shooting and editing abilities, demonstrating a proven capacity to self-shoot and self-edit across different formats and settings.
• Strong creative vision with the capability to convert briefs into clear visual direction and storytelling techniques.
• Proven experience through the entire production lifecycle, including scripting, filming, and post-production.
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects; Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus).
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted production tools (e.g., Descript) and emerging technologies.
• Confidence in filming on-site using professional equipment and conducting on-camera interviews.
• Experience in podcast or webcast production, encompassing recording, editing, and distribution.
• Strong grasp of platform-specific video formats and performance metrics (e.g., watch time, engagement).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
