This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Edit engaging short-form advertisements for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create compelling hooks, coherent story arcs, and effective calls to action.
• Collaborate with strategists and creative leaders to rapidly test and iterate on content.
• Take ownership of the editing process from start to finish while being receptive to feedback.
• Handle multiple fast-paced projects without compromising quality.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing social video content, with a preference for ads.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, including pacing, structure, audio, and storytelling techniques.
• Intermediate or higher skills in Adobe After Effects, focusing on motion graphics and kinetic typography.
• Strong understanding of what resonates on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
• Comfortable collaborating in English with asynchronous, global teams.
• Willingness to complete a technical editing assessment.
• Availability during the hours of 9am–6pm PST.
