This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Creating concise, impactful videos to advertise the app on various social media platforms (Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)

• Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop ideas that improve message clarity and visual effectiveness

• Conducting post-campaign analyses of advertisement performance to enhance creative strategies

• Incorporating AI tools into your daily tasks — utilizing platforms such as Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and others — for video creation, enhancement, and concept development

• Regularly experimenting with emerging AI tools and innovative technologies to advance ad production

• Reviewing competitors’ advertisements and monitoring social trends to remain at the forefront of global creative movements

• Evaluating new tools, effects, and processes to boost production efficiency

• Adapting to a dynamic team environment: collaborating across different squads and gaining expertise in various campaign types

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role

• Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Strong grasp of composition, typography, and pacing

• Experience utilizing AI tools for creative production (such as image/video generation, voiceovers, animation, or editing automation)

• Fundamental knowledge of performance marketing with the ability to produce visuals that effectively convey a marketing message

• A modular editing approach: treating creative iteration as building blocks — analyzing, combining, and remixing successful components for optimal results

• Innovative, out-of-the-box thinker

• Keen attention to detail, excellent self-organization, and time management skills

• Basic proficiency in Figma
