📋 Description

• Transform raw video footage into refined short-form content suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Incorporate captions, graphics, sound effects, and music to boost viewer retention.

• Ensure quick turnaround times — complete edits within 24–48 hours of receiving footage.

• Consistently apply NoGigiddy's visual style guide across all produced content.

• Work collaboratively with creators and the social media team on project briefs and feedback.

• Adapt longer videos into multiple short clips for use across various platforms.

• Stay updated on current editing trends, including hook structures, caption styles, and pacing.

• No formal degree necessary.

• A robust portfolio showcasing short-form video editing — please provide 3–5 examples.

• Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable editing software.

• Fast-paced and attentive to detail — maintaining quality is crucial, even when working quickly.

• Knowledgeable about content performance specifically on TikTok and Reels.

• Dependable, communicative, and open to constructive feedback.
