This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create engaging content that maintains viewer interest for Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and various digital platforms.

• Transform raw footage and source materials into polished videos that are ready for publication.

• Develop videos that are visually captivating, well-paced, and align with the brand's style.

• Oversee multiple video projects in production at the same time.

• Utilize creative judgment within a structured and fast-paced working environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong capabilities in Adobe After Effects, including skills in motion graphics and kinetic text.

• Professional experience in video editing with a robust portfolio.

• Experience in editing Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Demonstrated ability to produce high-retention content.

• Strong creative vision and visual aesthetic.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Quick and reliable communication and turnaround times.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.

• Dependable internet connection and a remote-working setup.

• Portfolio or relevant work samples required.

• Experience in performance marketing creative is preferred.

• UI/UX or digital product video experience is a plus.

• Experience with SaaS, website, or app video projects is preferred.

• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a structured review process is preferred.
