📋 Description

• Create and implement high-impact video advertisements, polished motion graphics, and static image assets crafted specifically for Meta and TikTok feeds.

• Utilize a sophisticated aesthetic and strong creative judgment to ensure all materials align with the positioning of premium consumer brands.

• Uphold visual consistency, sharp typography, and high-production quality across every frame.

• Develop creative concepts that feel native, featuring compelling hooks, angles, and psychological visual triggers tailored to target consumer personas.

• Generate content that is specifically localized and optimized to appeal to UK and European consumer brands and audiences.

• Analyze post-campaign creative data and metrics to deliver clear, actionable insights on why certain assets underperformed or succeeded in driving conversions.

• Participate in and implement intricate creative testing frameworks, rapidly iterating on hooks, messaging matrices, visual formats, and calls to action.

• Integrate advanced generative AI tools into your daily production workflow to enhance ideation, expedite asset variations, and improve editing efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, creative strategy, or paid social creative production.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in crafting high-converting paid media creatives for consumer product eCommerce brands (particularly in beauty, wellness, health, fashion, or jewelry).

• Advanced proficiency in traditional editing and motion design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) alongside adept use of creative AI tools.

• Experience collaborating with UK or European brands, companies, or target consumer demographics.

• Strong grasp of performance marketing, direct-response principles, and the ability to analyze retention curves or creative metrics.

• Exceptional attention to detail, commercial acuity, and a keen eye for high aesthetic standards.

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting, transforming raw briefs and data into outstanding visual execution without the need for constant supervision.
