Video Editor, Animator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform raw footage, scripts, and design elements into polished, impactful content.

• Compile footage, audio, and motion graphics for various campaigns, social media, web platforms, and internal communications.

• Develop motion graphics, animation sequences, lower thirds, and transitions.

• Implement color correction, sound balancing, grading, and ensure caption accuracy.

• Execute creative briefs from leadership with minimal revisions required.

• Apply brand identity and creative direction consistently across motion assets.

• Turn storyboards, scripts, and basic briefs into complete, refined content.

• Maintain consistency in typography, pacing, transitions, and overall visual language.

• Oversee timelines and manage multiple edits simultaneously.

• Enforce organized file management, naming conventions, and version control protocols.

• Maintain libraries of assets, footage archives, templates, and reusable motion elements.

• Prepare final exports and cutdowns in the necessary formats, aspect ratios, and file sizes.

• Ensure correct compression, resolution, and platform specifications for LinkedIn, YouTube, and web use.

• Uphold consistency across global markets and various campaign variants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in video editing and animation within a production environment or an in-house content team.

• A demonstrable portfolio showcasing campaign, social, and motion graphics projects.

• Experience in producing assets specifically for LinkedIn, YouTube, and digital campaigns.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Strong motion design skills, including typography, kinetic storytelling, composition, and pacing.

• Ability to independently interpret incomplete or evolving briefs.

• Proficient in asset handover processes using Figma and Google Slides.

• Detail-oriented and precision-driven.

• Organized and disciplined in file management and versioning practices.

• Strong communicator who can effectively handle feedback.

• Capable of working efficiently without compromising quality.
