Video Content Strategist – Storyboards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• You will be the individual responsible for transforming our proprietary data and the Founder’s expertise into a consistent flow of impactful content on LinkedIn and YouTube.

• You will take charge of the editorial strategy, create recurring content formats, write or ghostwrite posts, develop video storyboards, and oversee the creative team that brings everything to life.

• You are a producer: a blend of strategist, writer, and editor-in-chief.

• You will collaborate closely with the Founder to extract valuable insights and convert them into content that captivates audiences.

• You will monitor the effectiveness of various formats and platforms to determine what resonates and what doesn’t.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills. You conceptualize hooks that capture attention immediately. You can distill complex A/B testing insights into accessible, surprising, and shareable content.

• Strategic mindset. You think beyond single video concepts and focus on reusable content formats that can be applied consistently across our offerings.

• Comfortable with data. While you don’t need to be a data scientist, you should be adept at handling numbers (rates, averages, etc.). Our content relies on proprietary data, so you must understand it well enough to craft compelling narratives.

• Intelligent and proactive. You learn quickly, take initiative, and do not wait for instructions. When challenges arise, you identify issues and implement solutions. You bring answers, not questions.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with video production. While you won’t need to shoot or edit, having an understanding of effective thumbnails, strong cold opens, and engaging video structures will enhance your effectiveness.
