This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
β’ Take charge of the content calendar from inception to completion, coordinating efforts across Instagram, email, web, and blog platforms.
β’ Ensure a cohesive brand narrative across all channels, making certain that every release β whether itβs a product launch, workshop event, or documentary episode β contributes to a unified story instead of disjointed moments.
β’ Transform documentary, workshop, and product content into formats tailored for different channels, including short clips, captions, email copy, and blog posts.
β’ Create and share short-form content specifically for Instagram, adjusting the brand voice to fit the platform's context while maintaining authenticity and restraint.
β’ Produce basic clip edits using CapCut or Premiere to enhance social media and email storytelling (more complex edits will be handled by the video team).
β’ Increase organic followers and convert that reach into quantifiable audience engagement and email signups.
β’ Craft all email campaign copy and offer creative guidance, collaborating with the Klaviyo specialist responsible for the technical setup and automation.
β’ Develop email narratives that fulfill both brand depth and conversion objectives, including campaigns for workshops and corporate gifting.
β’ Write SEO-optimized blog content and on-page copy for workshop discovery and corporate gifting pages.
β’ Drive organic traffic growth to essential landing pages as a key performance metric.
β’ Act as the in-house marketing AI specialist, leveraging tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Jasper to enhance content production and testing.
β’ Identify, experiment with, and systematize AI tools into repeatable workflows, proactively creating processes instead of waiting for directives.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, or content strategy for consumer-facing brands.
β’ Proven history of managing content across various channels concurrently, including social media, email marketing, and blog/website content.
β’ Direct, hands-on experience utilizing AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Jasper in actual production workflows, with measurable results to demonstrate effectiveness.
β’ Experience in writing and directing email campaigns, preferably with knowledge of Klaviyo.
β’ Background in content for direct-to-consumer or consumer product brands is preferred over strictly B2B or SaaS environments.
β’ Experience with basic video clip editing in CapCut or Premiere.
β’ Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
β’ Experience in crafting SEO-optimized blog and landing page copy.
β’ Fully remote work environment.
