Senior Brand and Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the creation and execution of content and campaigns that foster awareness, trust, and consideration.

• Ensure that the appropriate messages are delivered to the right audiences at the optimal times.

• Lead Hilo's content strategy across various channels and customer interactions.

• Develop clear messaging frameworks while maintaining a consistent brand voice across different markets.

• Supervise content planning for brand initiatives, campaigns, SEO, and educational content.

• Utilize data, experimentation, and AI-driven workflows to enhance performance continuously.

• Formulate creative strategies and briefs that effectively drive top-of-funnel marketing efforts.

• Manage agency briefings and the creative development process.

• Establish and monitor key brand metrics, such as awareness, recall, search interest, and share of voice.

• Collaborate with the data team to gain insights into effective strategies and areas for improvement.

• Work closely with Design, Product, Scientific, Commercial, PR, Events, and external partners to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

• Coordinate campaigns and content among stakeholders while ensuring quality and alignment.

• Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers as necessary.

• Significant experience in brand and content positions within consumer-oriented businesses.

• Demonstrated ability to convert brand strategies into campaigns, content, and quantifiable outcomes.

• Experience in managing agencies and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

• Exceptional writing, briefing, communication, and project management skills.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, execution, and impact.

• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and hands-on approach.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in health, wellness, medtech, or other trust-centric industries.

• Background in startups or scale-ups.

• Proficiency in the German language.

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content creation, briefing, or production workflows.
